부천시 소사구 소사동로에 있다. 빵판다는 대한민국 제과 기능장인 우수 숙련기술사(준명장)가 직접 만든 빵을 판매하는 제과점이다. 매장으로 들어서면 가운데 베이커리 진열대가 있으며, 창가 쪽 테이블과 안쪽에 소파 의자와 테이블이 있다. 좌석은 많지 않다. 강민호 명장은 레슬링 선수로 활동하다가 부상으로 우연한 기회에 빵 만드는 기술을 배웠고, 다양한 수상 경력을 가지고 있다. 부드러운 곡물 빵집으로 SBS 생방송 투데이에 방영된 바 있다.
