성수노루는 직원들이 직접 구워주는 한우곱창집이다. 고기에 잡내가 없고 곱도 가득차있다. 바삭하게 구워주는 크리스피 곱창이다. 대표 요리인 한우곱창 외에도 한우 대창, 한우 막창, 한우 염통, 한우곱창전골, 마라 한우곱창전골, 육회, 볶음밥, 치즈볶음밥, 김치말이국수, 석쇠비빔국수, 백순두부찌개가 있다. 기본찬으로 육회와 백순두부찌개가 나온다. 서울 지하철 2호선 3번출구에서 가까운곳에 있다. 1층에 음식점이 있고 주차장이 있고 주차는 무료이다. 콜키지는 유료로 이용 가능하다.
