About this place
엄마손칼국수는 용인 시내 용인시장 뒷골목에 있는 칼국수 수제비 맛집이다. 진하고 구수한 사골 국물에 면을 넣고 고명은 감자, 애호박 등의 야채 약간과 김 조각을 얹어 낸다. 취향에 따라 고추 다진 것과 양념을 추가한다. 김치는 익은 김치와 겉절이를 제공한다. 면도 직접 만든 손칼국수이고 김치도 고춧가루까지 모두 국산을 사용해서 만든 것이다.
