2017년에 개관한 GB가빈아트홀은 보다 품격 있는 문화 예술 공연을 제공하기 위해 건립된 300여 석 규모의 공연장이다. 서울종합예술실용학교에서 건립한 아트홀로 무용, 뮤지컬, 연주회, 콘퍼런스 등 다양한 장르를 수용할 수 있는 다목적 공연장이다. 공연장은 300석 규모의 복층으로 스탠딩 공연 시 500명까지 수용할 수 있다. 공연뿐만 아니라 세미나 또는 연회장으로 사용할 수 있으며, 카페와 야외 테라스를 갖추고 있어 쾌적한 공연 관람이 가능하다.
