술작가 양조장은 단순히 전통주를 빚어 판매하는 곳이 아닌 전통의 가치를 전파하는 곳이다. 양조장에서 술이 빚어지는 과정을 견학을 하고 나만의 특별한 술을 빚어보며, 여러 주종의 전통주를 맛보며 나의 취향을 찾아가고 구매까지 할 수 있는 특별한 여행지이다. 전통주를 빚으면 나오는 부산물로 리사이클링 한 지게미 안주가 제공된다. 단체, 친구, 연인, 가족 단위의 예약제로 운영되고 있다.
