소규모 박물관으로, 우리나라 근대 성냥산업의 역사를 다룬다. 이곳은 과거 1917년에 설립된 조선인촌 주식회사 성냥공장이 있던 자리로, 당시 인천 지역의 산업 발전에 중요한 역할을 했다. 현재 박물관은 성냥의 제작 과정과 성냥을 중심으로 한 생활사를 전시하며, 성냥 관련 유물 약 766점을 보유하고 있다.
