유정명물닭갈비막국수는 춘천 김유정역 인근에 위치한 40년 전통의 닭갈비 전문점이다. 철판간장닭갈비와 숯불닭갈비를 모두 제공하며, 숯불 조리 특유의 풍미를 느낄 수 있는 메뉴가 특징이다. 직접 뽑은 메밀면으로 만든 막국수는 담백하고 시원한 맛을 갖추었으며, 감자전과 메밀전병 등 강원 지역 향토 음식도 함께 운영한다. 치즈닭갈비를 포함해 다양한 닭갈비 조리 방식이 준비되어 있어 메뉴 선택의 폭이 넓은 것이 장점이다.
