About this place
2001년부터 시작한 고양시에서 가장 오래된 초밥집이다. 1인 한상 차림으로 넓고 쾌적한 2층과 혼밥 가능한 1층 공간 마련되어 있다. 30년 이상 경력의 일식 명인이 매일 아침 새로운 재료로 만들어 내는 초밥이다. 민쿡다시마는 테이블도 좌석도 몇 개 되지 않는 작은 초밥집이었다가 2층까지 확장한 일식 전문점으로 주메뉴는 초밥이다. 그 외에 우동, 덮밥류도 판매한다.
